Visit to Timisoara
On November, 10th and 11th, His Royal Highness Prince Radu visited Timisoara.
Wednesday, 10th of November His Royal Highness participated at the ceremony of unveiling the statue of His Majesty King Michael I of Romania, organized by Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy . The statue is the work of Peter Jecza. The University was created in December 1944 trough Law number 660 signed by His Majesty The King. The ceremony was attended by the rector of the University, the mayor of Timisoara, and other personalities from the medical field.
Thursday, 11th of November, Prince Radu was the guest of the Polytechnic University on the occasion of the 90th anniversary. The University was established 90 years ago through Royal Decree signed by His Majesty King Ferdinand I. The Anniversary Gala, Polytechnic 90, took place in the building of the Romanian Opera in Timisoara.
